I placed an order on 2/9/2012 for a NBA Jersey & sneakers. I should have known not to place the order when I noticed there was not a PHONE NUMBER to contact the vendor, just an email address. After a few days of no confirmation email of my order, I emailed the vendor to follow-up. They told me my order was being processed. A week later I got another email stating the shoes were out of stock. I requested a refund for the shoes & a tracking number for the jersey. A few days passed and I had to send another email asking about the tracking number for the jersey & my refund. I told them how pissed I was that 3 weeks had passed and I had not received anything. I received a tracking number the next day, but no mention of a refund for the shoes. I sent another email asking why another week passed without a credit to my credit card. I get an email stating I will receive it ASAP. I don't know if they are hoping I forget about it, but I will email them every single day until I get it. I also told them that if 30days pass without receiving a full refund, I will contact my bank and have them dispute the charge for me! Moral of the story: NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
