I signed up for trail 72 hours download. I tried software and it did absolutely nothing for my PC. I sent an email on 10/26/2011 to cancel. They charged my account for the software anyway. When I contacted them they claimed the 72 hours had expired and they would not refund payment. I have contacted them several times to be told the same thing. NO REFUND
