- They give you a false phone number. They have done me out of a total of £135.40. The number they gave you, they also gave me, but get nothing as if its a old number (dead), this is the number on there website 0844 688 3508. It works 100%. I've tried it. Hope this helps, if your successful in getting your money back, can you please let me know as there giving me nothing. I'm threatening them with court.

- Exactly the same thing happened to me this morning, will be going to Citizens advice bureau first thing in the morning, I'm livid, On benefits too how the heck am I supposed to feed my son

- this happened to a friend 2 days ago.Halifax Bank are aware of problems with this company,the company have given the bank a 'dedicated' number to sort out problems,well that's a joke!!!,but they do answer it.Address,hard to get:4200,Waterside Centre,Solihull Parkway,Birmingham Business Park,Birmingham B37 7YN.Go to the police.phone Action Fraud 0300 123 2040 get a crime number,present that to the bank and get your money back.change your bank card tomorrow to prevent a rehit,my friend has been hit twice
