Like many other users i signed up for a trial offer and there was nothing noticable on there website that this was a subscription and nothing also on there emails. They have take several payment out of my credit card account in February amounting to £309.00. My bank says there is nothing that they can do, but now I have sent emails to cancel the so called subscription and have also called them and was advised that my money would be credited to my account which I will wait and see. I think that this is a disgrace that companies can do this without your permission. It has definately made me very wary of buying anything now on line or offers.

We cant let them get away with it, they should not be allowed to do this.
