i was looking for a pair of vera wang shoes because the company that i normally order from which is shoemetro which by the way is by far the best in customer service and quality for the price they had sent me the pair of vera wangs but one was an 8.5 and one was an 6.5 they were out of them and refunded my money and one other thing i have ordered 11 pair of boots and 17 pairs of shoes from shoemetro.com in the last 6 weeks and they are awesome but i looked on bestgoodshoes for vera wangs which they were a little more but i ordered them anyway.the website says all emails are answered within 24 hours and also says orders ship within 48-72 hours of receiving payment.well i ordered and paid for them via paypal on march 1st.i began emailing them on march 5th and i have emailed them daily on the 5th,6th,7th,and the 8th and no response.when i checked paypal it had an email listed as a merchant and another listed as the person they paid.both emails are invalid emails.when i logged back into bestgoodshoes & clicked on the link that says contact us it takes you to a bar to leave a message.but their is no email address listed,their is no contact person,their is no address,their is no phone number ,no toll free number etc... this spells scam to me....i filed a claim with paypal this morning i guess we shall see
