page 2, point 11: "PREFERRED GUESTS RESORTS ALLOWS PURCHASER'S TO CANCEL THE PURCHASE WITHIN 30-DAYS COMMENCING ON THE DATE OF PURCHASE."
This is the second time I am informing you about this matter. Please confirm this cancellation as soon as possible. Thank you!
