Similar to one of the other writers. I ordered 2 products, 2 Jan, to arrive within 5-7 days: trial offer for $15 ea. Didn't hear anything/no products were delivered till early Feb. When I got by B'card statement, I was charged between $90 & $100 for each for the month of Jan + the same again for the month of Feb, although the day before I received my bank statement 2 of the products arrived.

When I complained I was told I couldn't get a refund because it was out of the trial period. I explained that I couldn't try the product if I didn't receive it, I was told trial meant the time immediately after placing the order, not the trialling of the product which didn't arrive until 1 month later.
I have stopped and am disputing the withdrawal of funds from my card (nearly $400).
They seem to be doing the same with other customers, not delivering the product and then charging full price. BTW: on the postal bag the product is described as: commercial sample with a value of $4.95!!!!!
