i order 0n 2/10/12 they charge my account $2.97 never receive anything than on 3/5/12 i was charge with 97.98 when i called to request a refund they told me the my 10 days period was expired and they gave a traking # for the post office and the 3 times the i called i waited more 30 mins and it was the same person Ingrid and she also told me that there was no manager available but some one can call me back withing 24 hrs that never happened, when i call again to try to talk to a manager ingrid answer again and this time she transfered me to a manager when i told him as was going to report this to the police he laught at me and say good luck and than hang up the phone at me, when i call again gust who answer the phone th manager.
