I ordered a netbook to eglobalelectronics and first of all they sent this to a wrong address after that when I'm already received my order and I start on the netbook It's showed a message saying that I need to charge the main battery that the netbook doesn't had. I sent them an email telling what happened and they never returned my message. This is sad the way that they steel money to people .
