I met Vince Tarter and he convinced me to invest in a car rental business.
After giving him an initial deposit I also made the mistake about talking to my friends and they wanted in, so he took their deposit as well.
Well Vince Tarter disappeared into thin air and never retuned. He would call and say he would return the deposits and then never show up.
Do not do business with this man NEVER NEVER NEVER. no matter what he says, or who he says he knows, they are all scammers and robbers
