Ordered two large prints for my new home. Received a payment successful e-mail from [email protected] immediately. On February 7 I received an e-mail from them with an order number and item descriptions. On February 10th I received a FedEx Notification with a tracking number. Figured all was good. Not so quick...I waited until the 23rd of February because I still had not received package and then e-mailed them. Got a short note back explaining they had a stretcher bar shortage, promising to send out immediately upon their receipt. Waited until March 1 and still had not received. Then they did not answer their phone so sent another e-mail threatening BBB and BofA notification. Took until March 3 and suddenly there was an e-mail back with a tracking number. Finally received on February 6th and low and behold we find out we have to stretch the canvases ourselves. This is NOT noted with any clarity on the website! I don't believe these folks are even really in the US as their e-mails all come from what looks like Germany. Very odd company and I WILL NOT be placing another order with them....buyer BEWARE!
