When I placed the order, they were advertising 10 inch pans. Once I got through with ordering, they said I had ordered 9 inch pans. I went back very carefully and using a totally false credit card number, went through the ordering process once more. Even though they declined the order based on a non-valid card, they still said I was ordering 9 inch pans. This is bait and switch if I have ever heard it. I will try and contact the company directly but I have read other complaints which said they were given the run around.
