This retired lawyer.. goes from place to place to rent. She then breaches the lease. if you disagree she will sue you for not giving back a cleaning deposit..She will take you to small claims and make it seem she is suing you for not paying cleaning deposit.. But what she is actually doing which is so cleaver. being a lawyer.. she would know how to scam people. Do not rent to this person. She lies. She get's out from cleaning repainting and fixing all the problems when she moves but makes out on this by taking you to court for cleaning deposit. What a scam.I believe bad renters.. should be held accountable.. and to let others know buyer beware not to rent out unless you write down every word she must follow. She tries to write out her own lease. be careful. This woman has hurt many people.
