I ordered a 1oz...free trial on Feb.19th 2012...ordered was shipped on Feb.21, 2012. I did'nt received order until 9 days ...later..It was suppose to be a 30 day free trial with a 4.95.shipping fee which was taken out of my checking account on Feb.21st.....I had called to speak to customer service several times after I received the shipment..and do to a different time zone there was a recorded voice...with no option of leaving a voice mail....I spoke with them on March 8,2012 and spoke with customer service I asked to cancel ..and was told that I did'nt call and cancel within the time frame....what is a 30 day trial...false advertisment....I asked customer service to speak to a mgr...Brian....he asked if I left a voice mail...I stated there was no option to leave one...he told me well you received a 30 day 1 oz supply...for 4.95 shipping...March.8th they took out 84. dollars and some change the very day I spoke with Brian...The only option for me to do was write Kunulift a letter..TO ASK FOR MY 84.CHANGE BACK....Are you joking me 84 dollars for 1oz 30 day trial.....are you kidding me.....SCAMALERT DO NOT ORDER FROM KUNULIFT ITS A SCAM...
