I was on line when a little picture popped up saying free sample anti wrinkle cream you only pay p&p of £6.37 so I filled out my card details and the amount of £6.37 and to be honest forgot about it, until Saturday 11th March i was checking my statement on line and saw £6.37 came out on the 17th Feb to Reliftxs.com (which was the p&p) and then on the 5 March the same company took out £92,97 i didn't connect it to the free sample wrinkle cream at first, and Monday morning first thing went to my bank to report a fraud which they informed me, because i authorised the first payment of £6.37 it's not considered as fraud even though i think this is wrong because firstly still to this day i haven't received my free sample and secondly i didn't authorise for the £92.97 that they took. I am very angry at this scam for taking innocent peoples money especially a single parent with two children that are financially hard up like me.
