I first spotted something amiss on 02/21/2012 when £74.95 had been taken out of my account. I had ordered a free sample of their "miracle cream" on 02/02/12 and paid £2.95 for postage and packing. This never arrived. I contacted my bank on the morning of 21st Feb and they said they had already dealt with 60 similar cases that morning. I was reassured that they would get me my money back and that there would not be any further monies taken from my account. However, on 9th March another £74.95 taken out of my account. This company has used three different names to take money from me: skincareperfradion and skinenhanced.com. My bank assures me that I will get my money back, but am now very nervous.
