I ordered Who Knew books online. This company immediately took my credit card information for the Book I wanted to order. I was then subjected to over 15 minutes of advertising of which I couldn't get out of asking me to press '0' if I did not want to purchase other items, etc. Finally I was transferred to a cruise line saying I am eligible for a free cruise! I told them I did not want their cruise and was simply trying to order the WHO KNEW books which was supposed to be $29.95 and free shipping. I was then charged $60.48 on my credit card which was not authorized! I was not given an order confirmation number or any form of acknowledgement that my order event went through although they charged me more than double. I went to their website and was unsuccessful in getting through to them. I called their number 18007774034 to cancel and was told the products were already shipped out on 3/5 which was strange because when I placed the order I was told it would take 6 weeks for shipping. I finally got through on the phone total after being on hold for almost 20 minutes and was told I can send the books back and, upon receipt, they will credit my account! I never ordered this, didn't authorize the amount they charged, have not received the books yet, and now being told I have to send the books back before they will give me my money back (money that I did not authorize to them) !!
