I thought I would never see that day where I will get scammed. The offer was for a 14 day trial for $4.95 (you pay only shipping). When the product arrived, after almost a week, it came with a survey and an offer for 50% off of next purchase, and only to send the survey card after 30 days. Nowhere in the packing slip does it mention again about the 14 day trial. So you think that you have 30 days to try it.
The $84.87 was charged to my credit card within 14 days. I thought there was another product arriving for this charge, so I waited. (I had given them the benefit of the doubt – boy am I a sucker for that). I finally phoned today, and the girl on the line said that she could not hear me – too much static. That’s when I got really annoyed and figured there must be something going on with this (does static still happens these days?). So I had to phone again and sure enough, she told me that the charge was for the trial offer!! She said that the bottle was for 30 days. I usually am nice on the phone, so I apologize to the girl I was talking to if I said BS a few times, I know she was just reading her cue cards.
I searched in the web if this offer was legit, but did not see any complaints back in January. :(
