I originally ordered the products on a trial and paid $11.00 or so for both and received a free trial eye cream and was billed on 31/1/12. I was then billed $192.85 plus intl charges on 23/2/12 and never received any products. I have now been charged another $194.81 again not having received any products. I was pissed off the first time i received the charges and have emailed them to stop and have tried ringing but the phone numbers they have given are disconnected or you just cant get through. I am looking at cancelling my credit card so i dont get done again. I need to know if there is any way i can get my money back or any other way i can contact them, i have a family of five and cant afford to lose this money. Please help!!!!!!
