Started chatted to this person on B2 early November from the UK, said that he is an Engineer working all over the world etc. We chatted a while and I trusted him and when he ran into trouble on a job and needed money urgently to clear a container of goods. The cheque that he had would take 30 days to clear and he need to goods from the container urgently to finish the job. I helped him out and he agreed to sign a letter of guanrantee with a lawyer which he did. To date he has not paid me back. Since watching Carte Blanche recently, I have realised that I have been scammed. He is still operating on the B2 site. How do we stop people like him?
