I found out that I had four accounts with Value Plus. They have been billing me $29.95 time five since may 2011. They refuse to refund any money.
I need to know who these people are. I know that there is a parent company. If someone has address and names. I need to send a demand letter for a refund. under Florida law, I can get triple damages plus attorney fees. I would settle for $898.20 that they took out on the credit card. I need help finding names and addresses.
