On 07/22/2011 I was contacted by Mark Avaya with Grant Assist, address supposedly 848 Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, Ne. I was offered free information so that I may apply for a grant from the government. There was a shipping cost of 2.97 which I agreed to. I did not agree to any other charges. On 07/30/2011 We were charged $57.93 by Grant Assist which I did not authorize. On 07/22, I was put through to David Alfonzo who was supposedly a supervisor with Grant Assist and I clarified with him that I was only authorizing the $2.97 and nothing more. I called the company on 08/01/2011 to get the $57.93 returned but they refused. They eventually hang up on me and attached my number to an automated answering machine and now all calls go to it. I have had to go through the bank for the return of my money.
