I found this guy on twitter that does graphic designs and asked for his services and he told me it would take $45.00 for a front mixtape cover, so I agreed to pay for the service and then he sent me the Paypal link to pay and I did, after a couple days I asked him when will he think he will be done and he said he was already and to give him a minute, it has been a week now since I made my payment and never got anything, he has ignored my emails, twitter interactions and text message.
