I check my debit card today and notice a fraudulent charge of $10.33 for ALL 4 Gamers US. I have never heard of the company, and I have never been to their website. I googled the name of the company and got the phone number for them. I did read the complaints before I call them. Then I called the number 1-559-481-1931 and spoke with a women. That sounded like the same women on the recording when you call. And she said that I place an order for something, for a playstation ( I don't own a playstation). She asked for my card information. (I did not give her that info) but I did give her my last name. I was put on hold for about a minute. Then she came back on the line an gave me my full name and address information, and told me I placed and order on yesterday a 3:45pm. Note: I was at the doctors office during this time,SO THAT IS A LIE. She stated that the order had not been shipped yet and that my money will be refunded within 3 business days. The fact that she said this order was place on their website is a lie. It is straight fraud. I DO NOT use my debit card to purchase anything online, I do use my card to pay bills. So my best guess is that a company somewhere has been hacked and hasn't told the customers yet. If most people don't check their accounts and this company does small charges to a large group of people they will make a large profit. So I hope they are investigated and made to prove how they got the card and address information for all the people they have charged. Because I am sure most people including me will say they have never visited this so called website. This company will eventually cross the wrong person, a lawyer, and something will be done. I called my bank & had the debit card deactivated. And I will close the account because I don't know just how much information this company has about me, that could be shared with others. I hope this post helps someone.
