0844 7042856,is a 'dedicated' number given by them to the banks.Crap!!
don't waste your time phoning it.Now,as a matter of urgency cancel your bank card and get a new one,this will prevent a second hit,which has happened to a friend.
Write a letter to your bank,(by recorded delivery)stating the withdrawal was unauthorised,they have to prove IT WAS you don,t have to do anything.We have complained to Solihull Police,where their office is. Address:4200,Waterside Centre,Solihull Business Park, Birmingham B37 7YN -
