- don't bother phoning them it's a waste of time.Write a letter to your bank (by recorded delivery)stating the withdrawal was unauthorised and you want the money returned to your account.THEY have to prove it was,you need prove NOTHING.As a matter or urgency cancel your bank card and get a new one,otherwise you will get a second hit,this has happened to my friend.
