i was trying to pay for my weekly rent when i notice the above amount was taken out of my account. I have not signed up for this and not sure how this has happened and really need some help as to what i need to do next to get my money back

- Hi Stacey,firstly,stop your card and get a new one.AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!!!,or you will be hit again!!!!.write a letter to your bank (recorded delivery),stating the withdrawal was unauthorised .They have to prove it was,you don't have to prove anything.
