I called my bank and they could not reverse it. So I called them directly, sounds like India. I assumed they get 100 angry calls an hour so I was sweet as pie. It took 20 minutes to spell my full name and e-mail out like "T" as in two, "H" as in him, "I" as in ice, "S" as in Safe. ... I think being friendly got her to reimburse and cancel. It doesn't sound by the complaints they reimburse often, so I was angry and inconvenienced but it all turned out ok.

No e-mail was ever sent to verify my account, nor was one received to confirm transaction.
