I ordered the complete set Television series of Grizzly Adams and the order did arrive to my residence, but upon watching the dvd series that consists of 9 dvd's 5 of the disc freeze up. I was apalled to find out these were burnt copies right of the television in the area of seattle washington, due to the commercials that were not cut on some episodes. I have a phone(Personal Information Removed)and customer service person who picks up is lady name ANN and I told her what disc where bad and she told me she would take care of ordering replacements. I have not received them as of 3/15/12 and called her back and told her that so she told me she was going to contact this ladies boss and let her know, sound like crap to me.
