I found download charges on each of my cellphones with ATT that were not requested. ATT was able to cancel and remove serveral of them. The others stated to contact http://notapplicable.com, no such address. I was told that once you download certain coupons or text certain 5 digit numbers for example to find out if you are a match with your boyfriend or girlfriend, you are enrolled in a subscription. If you do not answer or reject certain offers 3 times it is assumed you agree and receive the download.
