My parents received a call in regards to me. Saying that I was being prosecuted for "check fraud." I called the number back, it rings with no answer. After googling it, I see that many other people have had this happen before. I called the number again this morning, a young man answered. I asked for David Briggs, he said he doesn't know who that is. They ask for account information to immediately pay the debt & not get served legal papers. If anything, its just a very big scare, as I know I didn't do anything wrong, but still, an accusation that these people are coming to your home & work is ridiculous.
