I have managed to successfully gain a refund from them after much harassment and cancelling my credit card .... their full contact details for your benefit.
[email protected] or phone (from Australia) 0011 1 (855) 843 3434. I had cancelled within the time period but they couldnt find my account at first or my emails to cancel the non-existent order but eventfully they refunded my credit card. Good luck
