i ordered a ladies barbour quilted jacket on 14/2/12 and had not received it 4 weeks later. I tried contacting the vendor but had nothing back. I went through to billing support and at first they kept asking me my tracking number and said it had been dispatched.
After 10 days of asking where the coat was, they stopped any correspondence with me.
I then managed to email them via a different way, and they said they were a credit card company and i should email the vendor.
Much to my surprise today a parcel arrived.Then when opened it turned out to be a disgusting black FLORONS coat .
THiS is a scam ......
I have email them again and they have now said they will refund my money in 3-5 business days!!!!
Has any one else receive their money back???? i do not hold out any hope.
I have no idea what to do next if this fails.
