I ordered my "FREE" trial and had to pay postage! They then decided they would take £74.99 and £79.99 out my account on 3rd Feb and then the same amount on 29th Feb. Absolute joke, I have called them on 08081683685.. it says that it will charge you for the call and the representative was talking very slow!! I haven't received the second lot of creams so they are apparently refunding me for that but they won't refund me for the "TRIAL" creams which Ive ended up paying £155 for! So the trial creams are NOT free!!!!!!
