Billed $9.20 twice. Second happened while I was at the bank cancelling the card. Never heard of these people, nor did I purchase anything from them.
OK, it seems they do low dollar amounts, at times of least looked at accounts.
Bottom line, keep an eye on your accounts, don't do debit online (from the bank offical), instead do credit, pay off the credit card after that with debit. Very safe.
Bottom line is this, Smart people are doing real dumb things and we have to pay!
