This company sent a letter in the mail accompanied with a check. I deposited in my account where it is currently on hold, I informed the company of the hold that it's on and they said they would contact, I have not heard from them yet and have tried to reach them on several occasions they were unreachable with a voicemail that I have left name and number still no response.
