Received a text message at 5:22 pm reading "You have just won a free $1000 Walmart gift card, enter WALL at http://promodayoffers.com/walmart_gift"
I did not respond or click the link, as this was clearly suspicious. I never entered to win anything, so I figured it must be a scam. Later, I googled the web address from my computer just to see if it was even a legit site-- the first two matches were for the site, one for the "main page" and one for an "unsubscribe" page. Both links came back "Problem reaching the server at..." yet I had not trouble reaching the server here. These people are simply trying to rob you via sneak-attack charges to your phone bill. I guess I'll need to call AT&T to make sure these fools haven't succeeded with me.
