We answered an ad in the mail to come to a seminar to learn how to do your own home based computer business, that would involve drop shipping from other businesses. The promotion was a good talk but we can't seem to get this off the ground because bad support staff thou Stores Online. Confusion at the highest level and to what, how, and when all things need to be done. A normal or even a college graduate can't get this going. We are not computer geniuses and was not suppose to be but this is above and beyond our capabilities. We was highly mislead as to how to do this and how long it would take for us to do it. The tech support staff are from the Philippines and getting our point across seems to confusion them beyond the point of not being able to help us and then not returning phone calls with answers. We were told that they were in training, but at the seminars we were told these were trained staff to help us. We hope that you can help us!
