Without my permission I have been charged $39.00 on my VISA card accountClassmates.com. I was never contacted as this being charged to my VISA card account and was only made aware of this on 4/8/2011when I saw the charge on accout record. I would like to know to get my money back because I didnot approve the charge being made on myVISA account. Also, this membership was never approved by me. Please advise. Thanks

Hey Jim, Can I just ask you one question, How did they get your credit card information? If you gave it than for what reason?
OK now here is what you have to do: Call your credit card company,
tell them you are disputing this charge, than they will send you your
monthly statement, if you pay a portion of the statement take off the amount of $ 39.00. It will take your credit card people about 4 ton 6 weeks to approve or disapprove the dispute. Good Luck, Dave -

- Classmates.com sells your credit card number to a company called 123privacymatters.com they are a credit report company. I was charged for signing up with this company and receiving a credit report which I did not ask for or provided any info for. It took several months but I finally got all my money back.
