I agreed to buy African Mango as a trial which offered 2 free bottles as well. I received another bottle in January which I thought was still a free one but additional money was deducted from my credit card. I let this go thinking that it was my mistake in the beginning,however another bottle arrived a few days ago and a further deduction from my credit card followed. I immediately labelled the package return to sender with a note inside to ask them to cease sending and to stop deducting. I am now awaiting the outcome but will be going into the bank to discuss how best to deal with it. I read that a previous complainant (overseventy) had managed to locate an email address for the company and was eventually refunded her money when she contacted them direct. Is it possible for this person to pass on the email address to those of us who are also being caught in this scam?
