Not sure what happened ...noticed £10 charge from complete save, thought it was an annual charge from a.n.other savings card we have.
Then noticed second payment of £10 and looked it up...... never signed anything to join this....yes we booked stuff on line but why would we do this when we have a savings card more beneficial to us.
We want this to stop....now and have our £20 back
