As I was looking for a car online I stumbled upon a 2008 BMW 335i on the website "http://tmzclassifieds.com/561/posts/6-FOR-SALE/60-Cars-Trucks/180131-2008-BMW-3-Series-335i.html" where I found the sellers email which was "[email protected]" so i emailed him for more information then he emailed back saying: "I apologize for the delay, I'm in the military and now I am deployed in the United Kingdom with the US Marines and that's why I couldn't reply in time. Anyway, thank you for your interest in buying the car. Why is the price so low? I am selling it because I am here in UK with my work, and my regiment will be deployed in three weeks in Libia and I think I'll stay there for a while that's why I'm selling it so cheap. Capital Couriers then sent me an email with all the information i would need to make the bank to bank electronic wire transfer to buy the 2008 BMW 335i (VIN: WBAWL735X8PX43346) from John Watson living at the address (Personal Info Removed). the information given to me for the bank to bank wire transfer was: Bank Name: Wachovia Bank Bank Address: 110 Ocean Drive Miami FL 33316 Account Name: DE LA CRUZ INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC . ROUTING: 063000021 ACCOUNT NR: 2000058145724 ABA# 063000021 Swift PNBPUS33 I did the transfer on 7/25/11 of the $8,000.00 and was assured by Capital Courier that the car would arrive at my address by 7/29/11. After 7/29/11 passed I tried to get in contact with the company to find out why the vehicle i had purchased had not arrived but the company no longer answered phone or emails also the website was taken down. in the end the 2008 BMW 335i (VIN: WBAWL735X8PX43346)was never delivered.

Capital Courier told me after on 7/27/11 after the $8,000 payment had been made that i would also have to send $4,475 for shipping insurance in this email "We have received the payment and it has been verified and confirmed. We were informed by theNational Association of Insurance Commissioners (naic) company that due to some new reglementations they can not ship the vehicle because it does not have Shipping Insurance. The legal policy of the shipping company states that once the Seller completed the shipping fees it is the Buyer's duty to complete the shipping Insurance We would like to specify that the these fees will be returned in full amount to you once you receive the vehicle at the address you specified to us. But on 7/30/11 i told them i could send the money and to give me there new website because there old one was not there anymore. so Capital Couriers did Capital Couriers new website is "http://capital-courier-shipping-company.tk/" And the email is "[email protected]"

Capital Courier Has called me today 8/1/11 to ask about the shipping insurance payment I told them to wait for me another week. I am not going to pay them but i dont want to tell them that and they change all their information again. the phone number used by Capital Courier to call me is (Personal Info Removed).
