i accidently subscribed to this service ringaling.tv. join fee of 8 euro taken. i am also under 18 so i think this is illegal? it has taken my credit and when i top up it will take even more. The unsubscribe messages do not work. I have texted around 10 times and also called the helpline who rejected my call. I am so angry. Is there any way to get my credit back?
