I saw on the internet about this mother invented her on anti aging peel, so I clicked on it and it had Auravie and Ginale on it and I thought I was supose to order both and do the skin peel fisrt with Ginale and then usse the Auravie. Well I go both products that was two different companies. Ginale liked to have never sent there free sample , so I finally went ahead and started the Auravie thinking I had a 30 day free trial and it broke me out and made my skin real dry and so did the Ginale, but at leat I can sent the Ginale back and not be charged for it. I had called Aurvie on March 8th and also I called before then to cancel. Some lady took a message and said they would call me back and they never did. YOu have to wait a long time on the phone, so finally today I got A Andria to talk to and he was kind of rude and said I didn't read the terms and coditions. He said I only had 10 day free trial and then if I didn't call to cancel I got charged the $97.88 he was willing to give me a $25.00 credit, but I told him I was going to return it and have my credit card pull that back and he said because I said that I wouldn't get the credit and when the credit card reads there terms and conditions they would say I owe that to them. I thought if you wasn't satisfied with any product no matter where that you could get your money back and Andria said they didn't have a money back guarntee. I told them they had False advertising. I thought the Free trial was mine to keep for the shipping he said no if you didn't cancel then they chared you for the free trial some free trial. I am going to call my Credit card about it, but if that doesn't work how do I get my money back?
