I ordered a one time offer of sample products and one month later was sent the products again with charges to my credit card of 155.00. When I called customer service to cancel the order and return the unopened products, I was told to send them back UPS (expense 21.15) to the address on the box and my card would be credited. Once the product reached the return address, it was not accepted and returned to me.
