We are an appliance repair company in northern NJ and have been in business since 1974. We received 4 authorizations for payments beginning April 6, 2011 for four different customers. We have been faxing and emailing invoices with required information since June 2011. This company has NEVER RETURNED ONE EMAIL OR FAX. I spoke with them again today and was told that Tony, the manager had left for the day since he works 9-3 mountain time. It was 2:30 pm. This company is a fraud. Never had we had a company deceive us and their customers this way. We will proceed with a suit to recover damages. They are a disgrace.
