I ordered a book for my daughter's school reading. I always order from Amazon, but they did not have this one. So i ordered from this web site since it was a good price, and i needed 3 copies of the book. We are a large family and so there are a lot of charges on my credit card each month. Therefore, I never noticed until now that this fraudulent company has been charging me $10 dollars EVERY SINGLE month for the last 15 months!! I called the number to see what it was, and they said that i had ordered a membership. I knew that was false because i NEVER order memberships. My husband has been laid off for 2 years, and we are not ordering anything!! This is a total scam. The company said i had agreed to a membership. But i went back on the web site to see where it says that. It turns out that right before you submit your order, you have to check a box that says you agree to the "terms of Use". Normally on a website, one is not accustomed to reading all the terms of use, because they just say you wont copy things, or abuse the web site. I ahve never seen where the Terms of Use means that you are agreeing to a MONTHLY FEE FOREVER for a membership!!!!!! This is incredible! The print is so small that at my age i cannot even read it. They will not refund the money to me. I asked for a supvervisor and could not get one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM. I now see it has been reported all over the internet!
