I registered on the site, and purchased a bid package. I left the site and attempted to get back onto it. However, site asked me to register again instead of offering me a log in page. I sent an e-mail inquiry regarding this. I received a ticket #9716!!!! I have request a full refund to my credit card and will be posting alerts so others don't fall for this.

  • After I posted here I heard back from Deal fun
    "This email confirms your refund request has been successfully processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you do not see the refund appear by the 6th business day, or if you have any questions regarding this transaction, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support."

    Amount: $119.00

    If my card is credit back I will post again to let others know.
    I think if we all report when scams take place to warn others but we should also update our post if the company follows through on correcting whatever they did wrong. So to Derek A. if my credit card is credited within 5 days I will have a different opinion of Dealfun.

  • This site is an absolute rip off! Wouldn't reccomend neither will I be using it again! I just put £69 in my account on there - have requested a refund.
