I found this unauthorized charge of $29.95 a week after the $2.95 that I did authorize for a one time check on a vehicle. I called immediately, and they tried to tell me I did not call them before the expiration time to cancel my account, but they would offer me 50% back on the amount charged. I kept telling them no, I had not signed up for anything, and as of right now, I have confirmation cancellation and reimbursement numbers of the unauthorized charge. We'll see.
