"Value Plus Membership" scam: Company misled my 85 year old mother and charged her credit card for several months for a "service" never received; company failed to cancel membership and refund it as promised upon my report of her disability and imminent death in Hospice, then continued to charge my mother's credit card AFTER her DEATH, and now refuses to refund these charges.
